ATTORNEY GARY ALLEN dedicates his Quincy, Mass law practice to ensuring legal services are available to persons who might not otherwise be able to afford an attorney. Gary is also a clinical instructor at Harvard Law School.

Gary’s practice focuses on tenant rights, consumer protection, and civil litigation, including summary process (eviction) defense, claims of bad conditions in rental property, security deposit violations, housing discrimination, and Section 8 tenancies, as well as claims under Chapter 93A, and family law.

Gary is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, and received his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.
